Jeeves Consumer Services — (CLJFO [protected]) Not getting any proper response just giving fake escalation excuse

I had submitted claim on 27th June, since then there has only been fake escalation they are just trying to avoid refund or just waiting for TAT to be be met and delaying the refund process.

Kindly give a proper update if repair is not possible process the refund without creating any delays
