Jeeves Consumer Services — CLSPW[protected] mobile not returned to me it's been more than 1month

My mobile picked and delivered at jeeves service center on April 18th from there they are not responding correctly they just saying wait two days every time i mail them it's been more than 1 month still they are not returning my device
