Dear sir,
on Tuesday (Feb. 8) at 5.11 pm I had contacted your service for my claim status, your executive said that your claim had canceled. they guide me for rerise the claim and suggest me to change my email id (they said yahoo mail has some problem so its easy from gmail) so i chane my email ID as they said. they also said that claim mail will send with in 4 hours and if i dint reply mail with in 3 days, claim will cancel again I has waited but i dint recived mail. On Wednesday I had re-call them they said that my claim is on hold due to some technical issue (issue in change in mail ID) and they said to wait for 2 days. i had waited for till today daily i had check my mail for claim, today i had call again they said i had recived my mail on same day i.e. Feb. 8. (without any knowledge)
i had never experience this kind of horrible service
note:- Feb 8 was last day of my mobile insurance, if this claim will cancel i cant claim my insurance again. it will be big loss for me ( the value of claim is my 2 months salary) Was this information helpful? |
