Hi, im Gurudas Santosh Naik, I had been informed on 9Aug22 that my Vu tv couldn't be repaired after being picked in the month of July22. So i had chose the refund amount but till date its not being processed. Whenever i call Jeeves customer they say it will process in two working days, and now its past one month. Also every now and then Jeeves team is calling me for asking when the tv was picked even after answering this question so many times!! I'm literally fed up with this issue. Will i be getting the refund amount i was promised ? Was this information helpful? |
