I had bought "Vivo v21 5G" Mobile from FlipKart on 4th May, 2021 with "Complete Mobile Protection 1 year for phones between 30-35K". Following are the details of the plan:

My phone got accidentally damaged & I have raised a reclaim request on[protected] for which I had paid 1500 as service charge. On 20th October, 2021 the phone was picked up from me & I got an update that the phone would be serviced in 10 working days & it is almost near to a month I have raised complaint with. I am trying to reach "Jeeves Consumer Services" and "Flipkart" but I am not getting any update in this regards. FlipKart has raised an issue to be resolved by "November 15, 2021" and now they are not even taking my calls or messages. There is no answer on the status of my phone.
November 5, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - They have raised an issue saying it would get resolved in 5 working
November 10, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - They have raised an issue saying it would get resolved in 2 working days - No Update later
November 13, 2021 - I Called Jeeves Consumer - Again they have said it would be resolved in 5 working days
November 15, 2021 - I called Jeeves Consumer - Asked me to wait till next 5 working days.
I tried to reach on emails as well & they say we will update you soon & no progres. Attached the email conversations.
I would like to get my phone Serviced or replace it with a new phone & would like to claim a penality from the company for not getting it serviced within the specified working days & irresponsible behaviour towards the customer.
