Jeeves Consumer Services — Complete Protection: Claim Registered Successfully (CLCPB[protected])

I have LED panel service raised, they come and picked the panel since August 16th 2023 still, I have not got my Panel back this is the worst service and I have sent mail stating the same but not even reply got
