Hello Sir/Madam,
I bought a Nokia TV 43 Inch Full HD TV in Nov 2020, however in June 2021 the display had some issues and they had it replaced in July 2021 with the a new TV and at the time i bought a complete protection plan from the repairmen with the plan start date as 8/11/2020
again on Nov 2021, the 2nd TV also had a display issue, so i called them on 7th November 2021 and told them issue,
and after some time they took the TV for repair and told me that it is beyond repairable and giving me the refund of 80% of the product (which is around 19K) and sent out the refund link to me.
since i dont remember the dates i agreed to the 80% refund, (but not claimed it) i thought it has gone to 1-2 years from the plan date, however later i realized that i called them within a year (7th Nov) and plan start date is 8th Nov 2020), so as per the plan policy im eligible for 100% benefit.
first they said that they cannot process 100% refund, only 80% refund is eligible as the claim registered on 9th Nov 2021 which falls under 1-2 year category, later they said its being reviewed by their backend team, its been more than 3 weeks now.
i just need to know why the Nov 7th is not claim registered date, how come 9th Nov is a claim registered date.
and if my request is valid, i need them to process the 100% refund.
Please help me on this.
i trusted Flipkart product and bought it and i have no pleasure in the product, can you believe that they have given me two products and all of them is a manufacturing defect .
