I purchased a Sansui LED TV with complete protection policy no CPFK[protected] on the Flipkart online portal .
My TV is some issue then I call your customer care number [protected] and registered my complain with claim ID no CLCPK[protected] on 18 March.
After 2days your service engineer is visit my place and found the TV panel are not working so it may be changed and your LED tv sent our Noida service centre and he picked up tv on 24 March 22 of my house and he say one week time for repair the tv if not repair return your money of TV .
After one week no any response from your side then again call customer care and he say wait 14 days. Then again no any response from your side again call he says wait 2 days, after 2 days same answer repeated . On the again and again call on 12 April your customer care representative say your TV is not possible to repair and company decided return your TV cost and company called within 2 days for confirmation but till date no one call your side nor send any emails this regarding.
I call local services centre he say you call one my senior officer Lucknow Mr Akhilesh with mob [protected] . I call the gentleman and he say I don't help you called customer care .
I am very disappoint your company response .
Sir I request please see the matter priority wise .
