I have raised my complaint on 4th of March. Complaint ID :- JVS-708733
My recently purchased TV is damage due to accident of wall mount.
On 6th March they have send one technician after I paid 500 Rs to inspect the issue. On Sunday 12th March I received one message from them stating this :- "Dear Customer,
Technician SHAH ALAM SHAIKH (Call: Call [protected], PIN 121) has been assigned for REPAIR of TELEVISIONS (Case ID: FLRX-5U0FCN-TWUCV2-4USVKA-HSOBA7O). Please expect a call from him."
But I haven't received any call and this number is showing always switch off.
After that I send them mail on 12th March to which every time they are saying will revert after 2 working days. Today again they have send the same reply. Was this information helpful? |
