I raised a service issue with Jeeves for a tv that is covered under extended warranty in early April. After numerous visits to repair the tv the technicians are clueless and continued to replace parts one after the other. In early May I was contacted by Jeeves support saying that the parts are not available and asked me if I want to opt for a refund of eligible (70%) amount. I went ahead with the refund processing and they came to pickup the tv after 10 days (I was told that this would happen in 48 hours). Now it's been close to a week and I am still waiting for sms/mail where I can enter my bank details for refund. Whenever I call support, they are clueless and give the same standard answer that you will get the link in 24 hours. I am sick and tired of repeating the same stuff again and again everytime I call them. Can you help resolve the issue ? Was this information helpful? |
