The incident claim was raised on 24th August, 2022 but till today there was no update in picking up the parcel.
Its been nearly a month and they are still saying 2 working days whenever I’m calling them.
I have called them like a million times and every time its the same story.
There is no proper mail or information regarding the claim pickup and updates.
I have also called Blue dart and they said that the pickup was cancelled from the jeeves end .
When the blue dart people are updating everything very properly, why cant the JEEVES CARE cant the initiative and respond to solve my issue.
I feel they will drag this issue till my warranty period gets ended and then finally say that sorry we cant process anything now as the period got ended!
