Jeeves Consumer Services — Delay in service and no proper follow up regarding the service

I've registered a complaint with Jeeves last month and I'm not getting proper follow up from them even after 1 month. My TV is still you you and your call centre executives are disconnecting my phone calls when I call u you check the statu... pathetic service
