[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — delay in service of refrigerator | |||
I was facing issue with my refrigerator which is under extended warranty with Jeeves. I registered complaint with Jeeves customer care on 29th April. Its been two days no engineer visited till now. I also followed up with the assigned engineer couple of times, today EOD i.e. 5/1/19, he says " I don't repair refrigerators, next day i will ask my manager to re-assign the request ".
