I have filed a claim on 21 set 2019. I got an email to pay 500rs in advance which i paid immediately. After 2 days my device was picked up on 23 sep 2019. Later i contacted them to know the status. They told me that device will be delivered in 10 business days. Now more than 10 business days are over. When i tried to contact their customer service, every time they put the call on hold and no resolution. They are even not responding emails. Very cheap service. Now i want my mobile back, either it is repaired or not.

I got device on specified time in email. I apologise for my aggressiveness. I got my device as a brand new device after repair.
