Jeeves Consumer Services — didn't receive my phone back even after 2 months

My policy number is JPPOFFK658390, i had given the phone to repair on 12th Feb 2018 and have not recieved it back yet. It has been more than 2 months now and I am not getting an update from them. Their customer care is worst and wont even reply to the calls. I fear that they have lost my mobile. I have called them around 50 times now and mailed them multiple times too but they don't respond to anything, they just put the phone on hold and dont get back...please dont buy their fake policy as damaged phone is far better than not having phone...Please help me with the refund.

I have purchased split AC of Hitachi on 13 April and installation is scheduled on 20th my service request is FINH-CTQ3GW-60TAAB-KP87H0-5YTWKNJ but no any person contacted me for installation till 20 th pl do needful for the same
