[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — do jeeves really exist or it is fake company?

I have sent my mobile for repair to jeeves. It has been 10 days but i haven't heard any update from them through call or atleast through mail. Now i am feeling like there is repairs or anything they do they just receive products. Even i tried calling their service number they are saying number doesnot exist and not in service. I have sent them mails but got no reply. Now i am thinking to file a complaint on jeeves
