[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — engineer lied to me told me providing vu extended warranty | |||
Hi team, today my vu 55' inch tv was installed. I asked engineer that i require extended warranty from vu but instead of telling me the truth the engineer provided me the jeeves extended warranty (3070 rs) and told me that they provide service from vu only. So i paid the amount using cc on the link provided. When i checked the invoice after some time This is such a fake encounter of the jeeves then only i realised that engineer provided me some third party service.. This is such a pathetic incident.. The engineer is hiding the truth from the user.. I am so angry that i will go to any extent to get my money back.. I demand my money asap otherwise i will have to go consumer court..
