[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Extended Warranty Cancellation | |||
I have purchased extended warranty on 6th July 2020 from installation guy (Jeeves employee) he had given wrong commitments after paying the amount I received email from Jeeves with T&C . Once I looked into the T&C I realized that whatever commitments are given by the Jeeves are not met with the T&C. So I decided to cancel my extended warranty immediately called the customer care and requested for cancellation. After 2 days (On 12th July 2020) I received an email to send bank details to get refund. As per their request sent all my details. Till today (18th Aug 2020) haven’t received refund. Daily I am calling customer care and writing emails to them, but no one is responding to it. Please help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
