Jeeves Consumer Services — Extended warranty issue is still not getting resolved

Hi Team my device is submitted to Jeeves service center 4 month ago I am still waiting my device to get delivered to me. I am daily writing a mail but no response from Jeeves, its really very irretating now. I spoke to customer care 3 weeks ago he told me devce is ready but he was not aware of that when they will delivered device to me. Can anyone tel me.

I am still awaiting for my refund from Jeeves, A month ago they agreed that they are not able to repair my device and decided to refund 80% of price. They asked me my details and I provided all the details then no replay for a week then I mailed and asked they took 1 week of time but now its a month. Daily I am drafting them a mail and they only reply they don't have any response from concerned team. Total mail we have write to reaching 100. I am expecting them to take one week of time and finish of this.
