The reason to report to yobeis that me jayesh samel has an extended warranty with jeeves company for two years. On 8th july'17 i had called the call center and complained about the vu smart tv speakers not functioning properly the complaint no was given to me was 2789310. Moreover i had to call the helpline four times as the female representatives would simply greet and hung up on me, had to call and complaint about the same if m/s. Jeeves call centre reps are not ready to take calls request the consumer forum team to kindly listen to their call recordings and you will come to know how they are making the customers more frustrated by disconnecting the call, request you to kindly take action on those defaulters also.
There was a call from mr. Kalyan when i was in an important meeting so i asked him to call after 10-15 mins which he flatly refused and asked me to call the call center helpline. I asked mr. Kalyan to that there was not a single update from jeeves since the time i lodged a complaint and he blatantly calls and says that there is physical damage to the speakers and the same cannot be covered under warranty.in the morning i called to the jeeves helpline and asked the front line team member to escalate the call or give me the escalation metrics as jeeves was not bothered to revert back to me as it was more than 2 weeks and after that i get a call today in the afternoon from mr. Kalyan saying that the speakers are not covered under warranty as there was physical damage. The company does not want to replace the speakers and do want to adhere the extended warranty under the pretext of physical damage which is totally false and unprofessional on m/s. Jeeves part.
Even after escalating the issue the company has jot reverted with concrete answers and just postponing the speakers replacement under the pretext of investigation.
My question to the jeeves team is that when i lodged a formal complaint on 8th july'17 mr. Pankaj vishwakarma visited my premises in the afternoon on 9th july'17 and attended the complaint, he checked the same took photographs of the speakers and i also provided the original tv bill and the extended warranty certificate of jeeves. At that point of time he never informed that there was physical damage he informed that the same will be taken care of and the speakers should be replaced in 3-5 days.
It is sad to report such unprofessional behavior displayed by m/s. Jeeves just because it does not want to replace the speakers in extended warranty and using unsculpturous means to deny warranty. This stand of m/s. Jeeves will be dealt seriously as i am going to approach the consumer court for fraudulent service rendered by the company. Also i am ready to take this fight to social media and voice out my feelings of m/s jeeves unethical way of doing business so that other customers are not taken for a ride and do get into any kind of contract with m/s.
