My TV suddenly turned off and did not turn on! I raised a complaint with 'Jeeves Toll Free' since my TV is covered under 'Jeeves Extended Warranty period'. It has been 50 Days since I raised my service request with Jeeves, but still the issue is not resolved till today(26-Apr-2021). This is a clear case of fraud from Jeeves as they are trying to escape their policy which states that 70-80% of product invoice amount will be returned to the customer if they are unable to resolve/respond to the problem within 7-10 working days.
