Jeeves Consumer Services — Flipkart protection plan regarding my Motorola tv claim | |
I have registered a complaint on date 07/12/2020. Claim ID is CLCP[protected] against my complete Protection policy . I called many times (more than six time) to Jeeves support customer care No [protected], they each time say your claim is approved for replacement and our team will be contact you within 3 days regarding your replacement, but after 50 days no executive called me regarding my tv replacement. it is the tag line for my claim "our team will be contact you within 3 days regarding your replacement" I have drop many mail for my claim but there also same response Was this information helpful? | |
