Jeeves Consumer Services — Fraud about refund

I purchased TV ON FLIPCART. & 2 Years extended warranty in JEEVES. I claim warranty on TV. NOW JEEVES Customer care telling like TV not repairing so we will refund amount. as per their warranty terms and condition they have to pay 70% of product value but now they telling we will deduct services charges from refund value. as per their terms and condition 70 % of product value is Rs 5249/- But they telling we will refund Only Rs2, 474/- & Rs 2, 775 is service charge.
