I had purchased Realme 5 phone from flipkart and also availed the complete protection plan from Jeeves Consumer services.

JPPOFFK2323055 is registration number and I created a complaint with reference ticket CMP[protected]( registered on 27th August 2020)
They registered a complaint under non damage and informed me a pick up will be arranged in 4 hours. However to my surprise in the next call they asked me to pay 1000rs and send pictures of the phone. I instantly sent picture of the phone and even though there is no physical or any type of scratch, they took another complaint under damage section and insisted me to part 1000rs or take 3000rs compensation.
These people are big time frauds and their customer and email support team is good for nothing. They are misguiding the customer and playing with words in order to harass the customer to the extreme. I have called them several time and they have been just telling me their manager who has authority will call me and that never happened. I requested on phone and email to give me higher authority number or email address or any other contact info, but these people are hell bent when it comes to customer claims. I will further register grievances with Flipkart for this harrassment caused to me and mental tension I am taking on my head because of this pathetic service provided by Jeeves.
