On 7th sep-19 we placed an order for a item "@home by nilkamal avery
Engineered wood 4 door wardrobe (Finish color - wenge, mirror included)"and
This was delivered to me on 23rd sep-19. Your installation team visited on
24th sep-19 and discovered that the item was damage [mirror was broken],
Due to which installation was not done.
Subsequently, your wish master/installation team reported their concerned
Officer and i also reported the same to flipkart customer care and
Requested for refund.
Further flipkart team visited for pickup on 15th oct-19 and denied to
Pick as the defective item was not uninstalled and repacked properly.
You are therefore requested to visit again and perform un-installation and
Repacking of the item, so that can be picked up by flipkart.
