Jeeves Consumer Services — I didn't receive my phone yet | |||
My phone was picked on 4th aug 2019 but until now i didn't receive any update from that team.. I don't know why it's happening with me.. It's around 30 days, still they are saying that your device will be repaired.. I have called them nearly 30 times but every single time i'm listening only one thing from them that "you'll get a call from our back end team with in 48 hours".. I don't know what to do and whom to contact.. Please help me.. I just want my device... I'm completely frustrated and vexed of them.. Please i need a solution for this.
