On 18th April 2022, my iffalcon 55K2A 4K LED TV in Jeeves extended warranty just would not turn on. I raised an extended warranty claim on 19th April. The Jeeves technician checked and the TV was taken for repair on 21st April. Thereafter I was told it would take 14 days for repair. However, it has been more than 20 days now with no resolution in sight. All I got was a video of a half repaired TV with red lines on right hand side of the screen which was unacceptable.
