I had a service appointment for today, from the morning i was calling to make sure someone is appointed, they told an engineer is already appointed and he will be coming by the evening. I had some works in the evening which i had to cancel since no one came till 6 pm. Again i called they were like an engineer is already on its way. So i waited and waited, and at the end, i called the number of times and they were just kept rejecting my call. Now they say "if someone didn't come today, maybe tomorrow someone will come. Don't worry!". I didn't need to be worry if they were more responsible and at least inform the customer on time about the failure of them on meeting the minimum standards.
