Jeeves Consumer Services — Installation of TV 18 March 2024

Installation was due on 18th March 2024 however I am still waiting as of 21st March and contacted customer care multiple times. It is not yet done and not share any details of any technician allocated for the same. Details below. You guys are wasting people time and money.

Installation and Demo Scheduled: Installation and Demo for SAMSUNG Crystal Vision 4K iSmart with Voice Assistant 108 cm (43 inch)… with Flipkart order ID OD[protected] has been scheduled with jeeves. Your service request number for the same is FLIS-554PRK-YFPLD8-YR61M5-4XZIRT4 and will be done by Monday, Mar 18, 2024.
