I have purchased jeeves completed mobile protection plan and I have raised claim under this. I have made payment of Rs.1000 on 12th May 2022 but till date no confirmation has been received nor my claim status has been proceed further. Every time I ask and mail to Jeeves, they give one reply that "We are facing some technical issue while updating your claim. Kindly bear with us for 2 business day." Now 15 days has been passed but still I am not able to get any update. Was this information helpful? |
