[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Jeeves extended warranty deficiency in Service | |
Took an extended warranty paying 2500 approx rupees from Jeeves, but while the product(Kodak 50inch TV) is in extended warranty and is repair, Jeeves has not repair the product since August 2020 and has not provided refund/replacement even after 30days of their SLA agreement, complaint raised on Aug 2020 and still following up in multiple emails and customer care phone but not helpful. Not sure how Jeeves can exploit customer's hard earned money and time and effort like this when the extended warranty itself is for peace of mind and saving time, effort and cost. Since the issue is going on from August 2020 and Jeeves is still not able to resolve yet, is there any tentative timeline for appropriate resolution with out any further delay
