I am writing this with utmost angst and agitation. If you look at the record and notations my device was picked up on the 18th of last month. As per your tat the device was supposed to reach me in 10 business days which comes out to the 2nd of may; however today is 15th of may and i have still not received my device yet. Initially i was promised the 2nd then 7th and then 15th of may. Now when i called up today they are saying that i will receive an update in 48hrs. I have been calling multiple times to get the status and every time i am being told that my device repair approval came on 2nd. My question is that if the approval came on 2nd of may why has this not been repaired and given back. What is it that is holding back the return. Initially when i was supposed to pay the rs.500 as processing fee, i kept on receiving multiple messages and reminders for the upfront payment. Now that the payment has been made i have just received 1 message and a single email stating its under repair. Never have i got a concrete answer as to what is being repaired and when i would be receiving it.
Honestly this has been a very bitter experience with jeeves. I for one had thought that taking a mobile protection would be beneficial and suggested quite a few friends of mine who were going for new devices. After this harrowing experience i will convey otherwise.
If this is kind of customer service that jeeves has, one would not recommend this to anyone.
I have totally lost hope in you guys as the promises made have never been full filled up till now and today is the 23rd of may.
Seeking an immediate resolution to this ordeal.
