Jeeves Consumer Services — jeeves mobile protection issue | |||
I have claim a repair of my infinix note 5 mobile and it was picked up by jeeves on 8th june 2019 against claim id ad[protected] under plan id jppoffk1351287. The customer service executive told me that i will get back the device within 10 business days but till today i didn't got it back. I called jeeves customer care so many times but they are not able to give me proper information about my mobile. The junior executive transferred the call to his senior but the senior executive was so rude, he kept my call on hold for so long then disconnected it. Is this your customer service? I don't know anything, if i don't get my mobile back then i have to go to consumer forum or any other extend if required.
