Jeeves Consumer Services — Jeeves not refunding the amount of extended warranty | |||
I have bought Jeeves extended warranty for VU TV in 2017. Now my TV is not working so I contacted to Jeeves. Their agent collect the TV and Jeeves mail me and say that they will refund me within 8 working days. 15 days passed but they didn't refund me so I mailed them again for refund. Jeeves reply me that they will refund me within 2/3 business days but 6 days passed and they didn't refund the amount. I have mailed to Jeeves so many times but they just keep saying wait for some time. I think they are not interested to refund me. So please help me in this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
