Jeeves Consumer Services — Kodak 43 inch 4K Tv Panel complaint.

I had requested for claim for panel complaint on 2nd February 2022 in Complete Protection Plan for my TV which cost 24000 on flipkart. But after the technician picked up the TV, Jeeves executives contacted me and told that the TV cannot be repaired and I will get 14000 rupees as refund. They told that I will get only 80% of invoice value (18000) since it’s 14 months after purchase. I told them I want the TV repaired, but they denied that. Actually if they’re refunding the amount they should calculate 80% of selling value. Because I got this discount of 6000 rupees redeeming my coins and wallet amount. Who will refund that? So I demand either 80% of TV value or repair the TV ASAP. Claim ID : CLCPA[protected]
