Jeeves Consumer Services — KOdak TV Extended Guarantee | |||
Jeeves team installed our new purchase of Kodak TV last year in September and very cleverly sold us an extended warranmty till 2023. However a few days ago the TV malfunctioned and this company, instead of sending a technician home, is dealing with us over E Mails, with a response time 48 hours on E Mail. In today's day and age, a company like that is being allowed by us consumers to take us for a ride. Will pull them to consumer court for not honouring the warranty.
