I registered a complaint about the issue on 17 Sep 2023 through the mail and by calling. on 23rd September 2023 one service person came and informed us that the IPS panel needed to be repaired or replaced. I don't want to repair it because the TV was almost 2time serviced and the previous service was also not satisfied it was registered in December 2022 and I requested for refund.
On 2nd October the Jeeves customer service call they are confirmed they would initiate the refund process and within 2 working days would send a technician and the refund would be done. after that no update. So I called again on 05th October and I got the same answer. till 11th October I get the same answer from the customer care service.
So far I haven't got any update and today 25th of October I called Customer service and they informed me the refund process was canceled and I didn't get clarity about it.
I don't understand why from October 5th to till everyone is assured that the refunding process started and that will take the TV within 2 days. I have all the call recordings. Suddenly today the customer service call center person told me only repair can be done. So totally unfaithful commitment & assurance from the Customer service and Technical team from the last 1 month.
I don't want to repair the TV & again and again because of not satisfied servicing and fake commitments. As confirmed please start the refunding process.
