Dear Sir,
I'm facing seriously pathetic service from Nashik unit of Jeeves, thanks to hopeless Engineers like Devendra Patil and some other technicians. My Lifelong washing machine having warranty by Jeeves got filled with water and had a problem of only water discharge since last 2 months. But now it has stopped functioning completely. I registered complaint in September, but since last One month finally on 27th October, a technician visited. The machine didn't get repaired and my complaint was closed stating the case is resolved.
These unprofessional and incapable people do not visit and submit false reports up.
Last time too, I was troubled mercilessly by Jeeves company from December 2022 to February 2023. At that time, I called and emailed them 30+ times to get the washing machine repaired. They finally repaired after ignoring my complaint for 2-3 months. However, the machine stopped functioning soon.This time again same thing is happening as I'm mentally harassed by the company's ignorance and ill treatment. I expect justice and request you humbly for the same.
