Extended warranty from Jeeves

I bought Marq AC 1.5 ton almost 1.5 years ago with 1 year product warranty and 1 year extended warranty valid till march 2021. My AC stopped working after 1.2 years and I contacted Jeeves customer care. They arranged a technician, he checked and told that unit PCB is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then its more than 3-4 months and no action taken.
