I have purchased marq 55 inch led tv through Flipkart and purchased 3 year total protection which is valid till June 2022. Now no display is coming on my tv I have registered complain to Jeeves on 5th April and still no resolution has been provided no technician has been sent to address the issue. Every time call Jeeves customer support they say issue will be resolved in 48 hrs and till today no one has came. My ticket number registered with Jeeves for complete protection is JPPOFFK1975762 and my claim I'd is CLJPM[protected]. May 04, 2022 Updated by somilgupta.84 It's been a month now still no resolution has been provided and Jeeves is closing the ticket by themselves by marking it as successfully completed. Whereas my TV is still not working. Please help me in resolving this issue on urgent basis.
