I had submitted the repair ticket on 7 Sep 2020. On 9 Sep 2020, your technician guy visited to check the TV. He told us, he has to change some part for that he has to submit the request to the service centre.
Now already 30 days gone. I contacted your customer care continuously from last 2 week, they simply telling me, sir, it will take some time and part is not received. Was this information helpful? |
