I've raised a service request regarding huge noice coming from my Marq Washing machine through Jeeves customer care on Jan 3rd 2023. After 2 days one technician visited my house and told that they need to replace part, so that he asked time around 10-15 days. And charged 350/- for technician visit. After 20 days means around Jan 20th 2023 onwards technician not responding to my calls and in 1st week of feb he said he updated his status to customer portal and told me to check with them. I was keep on following up with customer care initially (1st week feb) they said technician received different product so he returned that and request for proper part. Now on Feb 13th I contacted customer support they are saying that damaged part is not dispatched from manufacturing hub. It's been nearly 1.5 month no proper response from jeeves customer care and the technician.
