I have raised one case in jan2021, it was closed without my knowledge with wrong updates. The next case has been in progress for 4 months now. They are always replying it will be addressed in next 15 days for any mail without changing their slogan. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

You may go through the mail box having the subject name as "aweful support".

Bhuvaneswari from the support team is mentally harrassing with her replies.
Not sure the reason though. Please go through entire mail thread and do the needful.
