Hi Team,
I have raised repair request on 23-Oct-2021, initially jeeves team asked to wait for 7 working days. After 7 days also there was no response from them. I am trying to call to customer care from 1-Nov-2021 onwards, they are saying that we escalated the issue and we will get 2 workings days.
I am calling to customer care every 2 Days and i am getting same response and asking me to wait 2 working days.
They are saying silly reasons like technical issue, technical team is not available.
How to get the solution for this one.
