I've raised a complaint on 3rd of october for my tv repair, after waiting for so many days the cancelled the request just because I missed a single call. they never updated me even after closing the request. On 6th of november they again raised a complaint on the same day technician visited my place but no update after that, everytime I call them they say they are escalating to the concern team and will contact me within next 24 hrs but no has contacted me even after calling so many times. They even promised me for a refund as I haven't got the service for so long time but no update on that as well. Now they are saying the no complaint is on file after my first complaint got cancelled. Almost 2 months and I haven't got the service for my tv.
