This is to inform you that my mi led tv extended waranraty covered by your jeeves company. My tv occurs sound problem at 22 august and me complaint your customer service. Customer services provide me technician after seeing my tv technician said to your tv motherboard has problem. Technician said to me your tv board replace till 10 to 20 day. But now till day no update for your ward. Many times call customer care customer care says i am waiting for update.
No one bear any responsibility for customer pain.
I requested to please repair my tv or replace my tv. Because i am very sad for your services.
