I have registered my claim request AD[protected] and paid Rs.1000/- and device was picked on 23-Nov-2019.

After that i have customer care many times and i will get same reply saying "wait for 48/72 hours, backend team will contact regarding status", till now no update and it is more than 40 days.

I have mailed to them and i got reply saying concerned team will contact me.

Please help in getting my device back.
