I faced a problem with Jeeves customer service
My TV got a problem of a Panel
I raised a complaint 0n 1st of September 2021
later 3rd of September MI Technician has visited and confirmed, it has to change panel and estimated Quote sent to Jeeves .
he(MI Technician) got a message on 13th of September, since the estimation amount is high, we are going to refund to the customer(me)
later I followed up everyday since 13th September 2021 .
they are saying every time wait for 2 business days, Our advisor will reach out to you to provide information on the refund.
But No resolution yet
Please help me, they are taking lot of time
