Hello my both products were stop working since april, it was corona lockdown still i wait patiently till june. Jeeves engg came on 14 june and he said we need to change tv panel it should done within 1 week and if it is not solved by 30 day you will get new tv replacement from june to september i call them many time but no response even they hung up my call. I have send them 1000 mails but no single reply. They always keep stretching it by saying give us 48hours we will resolve it. On 16 sept i got mail by saying sorry we can't repair you ac and tv. We will refund your mony with 8 days after picking you tv. Now again no response. They are just say give us 48 hours. After 3days they are saying give 48 hours. Well tv and ac models were purchase in 2018 which are not too old. But these fraud people are saying ac and tv part is not available this is so unprofessional. Today is 30th sept its been more than 6 months without tv and ac. Jeeves should be shutdown. I am having all mails call record and proofs bills mails will post them on social media and local news with help of some news channel and news paper.
