I have raised a complaint 6 days ago..Plan ID: JPPOFFK293552. But till today no one has attend for the service. Could you let me know for how many more days we need to wait for a service. It is pathetic to take this warranty from Jeeves. For a single service it is already 5-6 days has passes. Today when I called one of your representative, he informed that today he has lots of work and so he cannot attend today for my service. Regards, Arindam Banerjee.
